Refunds & Returns
Any claims for damaged products must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Only unopened products can be returned. Unopened products can be returned within 7 days after receiving the product. For further details, please write to our customer care.
